REER Project is a Berlin based music duo founded by Esther Kretzinger and Georges-Emmanuel Schneider. The project explores the possibilities of combining voice, violin and computer, bringing together acoustic playing, electronic sound, samples, rhythms and analogue effects.

For their project Vexations, Georges and Esther reworked Erik Satie's music through elements of avant-garde, jazz, techno and electroacoustic music. Satie's repetitive phrases became the basis for a dense collage of contrasting sounds, including processed voice, layered analogue and digital effects on the violin, and fragments of Satie's writings on absurdism, satire and his fictional religious movement.
